Christina Ambrose, Business Office Manager

“I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2011 with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development with a minor in Music Performance in clarinet.  I started my career working with seniors in May 2011 with the Brookdale corporate office in Nashville, Tennessee.  I am originally from Taipei, Taiwan, and moved to the United States in elementary school.  I enjoy music, cooking, and traveling with my husband, friends and family.  Since joining the industry in 2011, I have learned so much about the senior living industry and am honored to be part of the residents, and their loved ones’ lives.”

“I am a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) graduate, and have been in the culinary industry for over 35 years, with senior care the past thirteen.  I have won numerous competitions over the years, most notably the gold medal in New York City, two slivers and bronzes in Boston, Top Chef for assisted living facilities of central Florida, as well as numerous other awards.  My passion for food and people is what I pride myself on.  My greatest achievement is my wife, four children and three grandchildren.  My favorite line is, ‘We can make anything from peanut butter sandwiches to ice carvings!’”

“I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and went to college at Florida State University.  I graduated in 2007 with my Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, with a Minor in Communications.  I began my journey with senior living when our community opened in 2011, and I was lucky enough to snag the receptionist position!  I loved it here immensely and wished to continue growing within the community, so I graduated to the Marketing department.  When I am not here with my second family, I am eagerly devouring every book I can get my hands on!  I am also an avid music connoisseur, enjoy traveling, and spending time with my family, friends, and two fur children.”
